Professional Experience:
Before joining the Intellectual Property profession Wendy worked in local and international Pharmaceutical companies gaining a wealth of experience which now helps her understand her clients’ needs.

Wendy specialises primarily in chemistry, pharmaceuticals and mineral processing.  Wendy has experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications, validity and infringement opinions and patent oppositions.  Wendy has experience in filing and prosecuting trade mark and design applications as well as helping client with infringement disputes.  Wendy is a Registered Trade Marks Attorney and is currently studying to become an accredited Patent Attorney.
