David has a BA (Psychology) from ANU (Canberra) and a Graduate Diploma in Employment Relations (UTS Sydney).

David joined the firm in November 2005 after spending seven years in the print industry in various managerial and business development roles with both Kinko's and Snap Printing in Sydney and Expo Copy in Perth.

David founded two start-up businesses in the eastern states: Muffin Mania, the first muffin chain in Australia and Boomerang Bicycle Tours, a "soft adventure" tourism venture operating along the Great Ocean Road, Hunter Valley and other eastern state locations.

David is an Associate Member of the Australian Marketing Institute, a Certified Practising Marketer, a committee member of the Australian Professional Services Marketing Association (APSMA), committee member and sponsorship manager of the Nedlands Rugby Union Club and an office bearer of the Marauders Golden Oldies Rugby Union Club.
