Successful Patent And Design Litigation For Wray’s Client

Jason Hall, long term Wray’s client and the inventor of the ARAPHAT hat (now named the FRILLNECK), has recently won his Western Australian Supreme Court action against two former agents who had each arranged the manufacture, promotion and sale of competing hats. The Supreme Court, in a decision dated 21 October 2004, has upheld Mr Hall’s claims of patent and registered design infringement against both defendants.
