Our experience with local clients puts us in a privileged position to service overseas clients in a particularly effective manner. Many of our Australian competitors are not in such a position, having been dependent upon instructions received from large overseas patent and trade mark attorney firms, leaving them without the skills and experience in servicing clients directly.
The direct servicing of overseas clients is a service that we presently provide for a number of clients in the US, Europe and Asia. Amongst these clients are a diverse array of large multinational companies to single individuals. As such, Wray & Associates has experience in dealing with in-house counsel and inventors directly.
Whilst we do not aim to replace the valued position of our client’s local advisors, we do believe that correctly managed, this service can add value and save time and money for our existing and potential overseas direct clients.
